What Surname Switch does

Surname Switch fixes that. A couple answers a few questions in about three minutes, and we tell them plainly whether they need a legal name change or whether their marriage certificate is enough. Then we build a personal plan: who to tell, in the right order, with the exact action for each place, and an AI-written message ready to send. They just hit send. Plans from $25.

Pass your code to the couples you marry, in your welcome pack, your follow up email, or just on the day. They enter it in the app to save $5 on Lite or $10 on Powered.

Get paid quarterly

Every quarter we send you a report of how many couples used your code, and on which plan. You invoice us $5 per Lite referral and $10 per Powered referral, and we pay it.

Payments

How you get paid

Plain and predictable, quarterly.

  1. You share your unique code with the couples you marry.
  2. Each time a couple uses it, they save $5 on Lite or $10 on Powered, and we record the referral and plan against your code.
  3. At the end of each quarter we send you a report showing how many couples used your code, and on which plan.
  4. You send us an invoice for $5 per Lite referral and $10 per Powered referral, using the totals in the report.
  5. We pay your invoice. Simple, and easy for your records.
