Surname Switch turns that into an afternoon. It builds a personalised, ordered checklist of the person's actual organisations, prefills the official government forms so they are ready to sign and lodge, and drafts every notification message with AI. The person reviews, sends and ticks off. It costs a one-off $25, with no subscription, and it is private by design: details are used to fill the forms and write the messages, then they stay on the person's own device, never on our servers.
